Clearer statuses in the Shopify app
Supplier imports and syncs show their result in words (Imported, Done, Stopped) and a sync's mode as Live or Preview; What's new counts at most 9+ and Mark all as read sticks.
Fair daily allowances
Things you start by hand that take real work (refreshing a store's copy, imports, syncs, AI) have a generous daily allowance, and a store copy that's under two minutes old isn't copied again.
Tidier loading and layout
Duplicates, notices and product history show the page's shape while they load, the Across suppliers tab has even spacing, run history scrolls sideways on phones instead of squeezing, and What's new says "Mark all as read" in words.
Try the demo store
Look around MostStack without signing up: an invented outdoor store with five suppliers, months of stock history and live syncs, open to everyone and read-only.
Create one product from its details
A supplier's product that isn't in your store yet has Create in Shopify in its details window, together with its other variants.
One name per supplier
A supplier now has just a name, used everywhere; the separate Supplier field is gone (one already set differently stays, as Name in Shopify).
AI column mapping
When you add a supplier, AI reads the column names and first rows and picks which column is the SKU, stock, barcode and prices, even with odd or misspelled names, and suggests what stock words mean.

See the latest changes to MostStack from the sidebar or the app's overview, with the full changelog a click away.
Notices open over the page
The bell and the app's Notices button show the latest notices right where you are; the full list is one click further.
Forwarded supplier emails count as the supplier's
Forward a supplier's email by hand, as an attachment or with a mailbox rule: MostStack reads the original sender and subject, so one email supplier set up with the supplier's own address works however the email arrives.
Old Excel files (.xls)
Supplier files, emailed attachments and product files in the old Excel format are read as they are, like .xlsx.
Settings in the Shopify app
Time zone, retries and email alerts can be changed in the app, with links to connections, supplier settings, history and members in your workspace.
Faster-feeling pages in the Shopify app
Pages show their layout while they load, and the plans page lines plans up side by side with their questions folded away.
Old Excel, FTP, Google Drive and API from the app
Adding a supplier in the Shopify app now lists every kind; the ones that need a connection continue in your workspace on that step.
Supplier APIs
Read stock straight from a supplier's API: the key or login is stored encrypted, and you set the address, parameters and paging; every page is read and joined.
Connect while adding a supplier
Choosing FTP, Google Drive, a Shopify store or an API when none is connected yet lets you connect it right there and carry on.
Move suppliers between connections
Replace a Google account, server or API key by moving its suppliers to another one; Google accounts can be reconnected without touching suppliers.
Send feedback
An idea, a bug or a question goes straight to the MostStack team from the app, with an optional screenshot.
Supplier emails import on arrival
Each store's private MostStack address now receives forwarded supplier emails and imports matching attachments automatically.
New address and look
The full workspace moved to inventory.moststack.com (old links forward there), with the new MostStack logo.
Lists on phones
Connections, suppliers and other lists keep their names readable on narrow screens.
Stock history per product
Every supplier product and store variant has a stock chart and a written history of each change; how far back you can look depends on your plan.
See when Shopify is up to date
Suppliers and the overview show whether an import's stock has reached Shopify yet: updated, waiting or sync failed.
Sharing terms
Invites have their own page with conditions joined by "and" or "or", stock from chosen locations, cost rules showing how many products they cover, and a live preview.
