Can I try it before installing?

Yes. The demo store at inventory.moststack.com/demo opens without signing up. It is Northpeak Outdoor, an invented store with five suppliers, about 500 products, three months of stock history, live syncs, a sync in preview and an import stopped by a safety check. You can open and look at everything; nothing can be changed, and nothing reaches a real store.
