How are the columns mapped?
Suppliers and files · updated 21 October 2026
When a supplier's file is read for the first time, AI looks at the column names and the first rows. It picks the columns for the SKU, stock, barcode, prices, brand, delivery date and so on, also for misspelled or foreign-language names, and suggests numbers for stock words like "in stock" or "limited".
Columns it placed differently from their names are marked AI, check. You confirm everything in a preview before saving. MostStack then reads every row itself, and you can change the mapping any time on the supplier's Settings.
