What stops a sync?

A sync stops before writing when more of its matched variants would drop to 0 than its limit allows. The default is 40%, set on the sync's settings. You get a notice. If the change is real, Push anyway on the sync's page sends it once.

A sync also doesn't run while it or its supplier is switched off.
