Which location does a sync update?

The one you choose when you create the sync in the workspace. MostStack sets the available quantity at that location only; other locations are never touched. Variants that aren't stocked at that location yet are switched on there first (you can turn this off). To send one supplier's stock to two locations, create two syncs.
